Mr. Briggs litigated many trials as a prosecutor with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office and in North Carolina for the Wilson District Attorney’s Office. Also, Mr. Briggs earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Southern Virginia University. At the university, Elliot was a member of the school’s legal forum and a member of the basketball team. A competitive nature and passion for law drives Mr. Briggs to achieve successful case results. While in law school, Mr. Briggs interned for the North Carolina Seventh Prosecutorial District, where he practiced executing criminal law. When he is not assisting clients with legal matters or in judicial court, Elliot enjoys spending his time on basketball court. He also enjoys playing and watching other sports and spending time with his wife and 3 children.
